The Balanced Life and Fitness Program is for those individuals who want a complete life and health transformation.
This extensive plan consists of a personalized healthy eating blueprint and weekly Life Coaching sessions. During our initial discovery and assessment meeting we closely look at the types of foods and eating habits you currently subscribe to and tweak them by making small changes and creating small goals that are more easily met. Each week while meeting for our comprehensive life coaching discussion we uncover the underlying reasons for the ways and the whys our habits effect us and create positive strategies to overcome the ones that negatively effect our goals.
After completing this 4-5 month program you will have a new mindset and perspective. Having a better understanding of yourself will therefore create success for all of your future goals.
